  • All of my coaching is customized. I don’t believe in “cookie cutter” coaching. While I provide an outline of my programs, I always customize my coaching based on your unique needs.

Great question. Here are the finer details on the program

  • All sessions are private one on one Zoom calls, so you will have my undivided attention.
  • The Executive Career Coaching Program includes eight (8) formal, structured, 1 hour Zoom calls
  • Numerous Ad Hoc calls are also available to address your urgent, in-the-moment challenges.
  • For each formal session, I provide prework to help you prepare
  • Post session you will receive a video of the call for your reference, along with an AI generated action items to work on between sessions.
  • I will set up a shared Google Drive to house all shared documents., tools, and communication. The drive will remain available to you long after the program ends and is a great resource for ongoing career growth.

 

It is important to note that I limit my number of active clients to ensure I am available to you by text, call or Zoom when pressing issue arise.

At the end of the program we review your progress against the goals you formalized at the outset.

As well, I arrange a call four months after the program ends to discuss your progress and any new developments.

As for ongoing coaching, I have had a number of clients embark on a new coaching journey to keep growing their careers and many others who engage me on a retainer basis to help navigate active work opportunities and challenges.
